Get a charger's settings

GET/v1/charging-stations/{chargingStationId}/settings

Returns every setting Flowion manages on a charger. Each one carries the value you want (target), the value the charger last reported (actual), and whether the two still have to be brought together (syncing).

The answer comes from Flowion's stored state, so it is instant and works while the charger is offline or has never connected. A setting the charger hasn't reported yet answers supported: false. Any member of the charger's organization can call it. See Read and change charger settings.
