Diagnostics
Ask a charger for its diagnostics file, follow the request while the charger uploads it, and download the file once it has arrived. Not supported on every charger. Reading needs the ocpp.diagnostics.read permission and asking the charger for a file needs the matching request permission, named under the diagnostics resource in List permissions.
