Outlets, monitors and fleet vehicles are billed monthly, on how many you have when the month ends. Prices exclude VAT, and you are never buying a year.

The meter that earns its keep
A HAN reader, a Shelly, a Modbus meter. Reading the building's real load is what lets Flowion run the fuse close to full instead of guessing, so the first one is on us.
Only cars you own
A car your organization connects, so charging can plan around its real battery. A resident's or an employee's own car is never metered — they connect it themselves, and it is theirs.
A charge, not a kilowatt-hour
One completed charge, metered, attributed and settled. A home or workplace outlet does about eight a month; a busy public one does about a hundred. We never take a cut per kilowatt-hour.
Ask Flowion instead of hunting through forms
The assistant in the console reads your account and proposes a change you then save yourself; it never changes anything on its own. A conversation is one sitting, up to 24 hours. The first 5 a month are free, and without a card on file you can keep to those.
Only if we handle the money
Let drivers pay by card and the money lands in your own Stripe account — never ours — and we take a small share. Bill on your own invoice instead and there is no payment of ours to take a share of.
Integrations are free, always
Fortnox, Spiris, Easee, Tesla, OCPP 1.6 and 2.x, webhooks and the whole API. Connecting a system is never a line on your bill.

What we never count
You pay for what you actually run. Everything around it is free.
A person's own car
Residents and employees connect their own cars for nothing. A connected car makes the whole garage better at sharing the fuse, so charging for it would be charging you to help us.
Disabled outlets are free
Disable an outlet before the month ends and it is not on that month's bill, until you turn it back on.
The sandbox is never billed
Virtual chargers and everything else in your sandbox stay out of every meter, always.
Installers come free
Give an installer access to your chargers. Neither of you pays a thing for it.
No feature is held back
Load balancing, settlement with VAT, the console, the full API, webhooks and export are in the first outlet you connect. There is no tier that unlocks anything.
Billed monthly
Each month you pay for the outlets, monitors and fleet vehicles you have when the month ends. Add an outlet and it is on your next invoice; remove one before the month ends and it is not.

What counts as an outlet?
One socket a car can plug into. A charging station with two sockets is two outlets, and a station with one is one. AC and DC are priced the same, because our side of them is the same.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. 5 outlets, one energy monitor and 200 charges a month are free with no card and no time limit. A small office car park runs on that indefinitely, with every feature switched on.
Are any features held back until I pay more?
No. Load balancing, settlement with VAT, the console, the full API, webhooks, export and the sandbox are in every account from the first outlet. The meters measure how much you use Flowion for, not which parts you are allowed to touch.
Do you take a cut of what I charge drivers?
Only if you ask us to handle the card payments, and then it is a small share of that payment, with Stripe's own fee passed through at cost. Bill on your own invoice through Fortnox or Spiris and we take nothing — the money goes from the driver to you and never touches us.
What happens as I add chargers?
Nothing to renegotiate. The bill follows the number of outlets you have each month, rather than a plan you chose a year ago. There is no limit that stops you adding one.
