Flowion keeps a fleet-health count for each project and for every project in an organization. A separate list names the chargers that are offline, faulted or have never connected, with the state, since when and the location.
You can also read the faults currently on file for a charger or a single connector, and the history of status changes for a connector, a charger or a whole project, newest first.
Each connector shows its own status: Available, Occupied, Reserved, Unavailable or Faulted. Faulted means the charger took itself out of service without anyone asking.
Good to know
- The needs-attention list is cut at 500 chargers; the counts still describe every charger and the response says when the list was truncated.
- A person with the User role needs access to the project to read its fleet health.
- Only what the charger has reported is shown: a charger that has never connected has no status to read.
